I'll just mention one and thats Point Defiance just outside Seattle. I'm assuming you're meaning Washington State.
Tons.. Mt. Raineir,Mt saint helens volcanic obbservetory, Port townsend with the 100 year old fort,seattle space nedeal,pacific science center, tons of great park in eastern washington, columbia river biggest river west of the missipie,and tons of other great things for more info vist

I've got a soft spot for Maldon

Echuca is historic, as are Glen Rowan and Beechworth.

I tend to stick to the coast. Wye River on the Great Ocean Road is quaint. Anglesea a bit more touristy. Surf at Bells Beach.

Then there is Gippsland. I love Walhalla, Paynesville and Marlo.

Ah, the list goes on and on and on.

My advise is to just drive and explore. There is so much to see and do.

I flew from Melbourne to London in April just gone and was told to wait until November to buy a ticket because that's when all the airlines come out with their special rates. I ended up flying with Emirates and it cost me just under $2000 by the time you factor in taxes and such. It wasn't the cheapest fare available, but was certainly at the right end of the scale.
